In loving memory

It is with great sadness we share that James Meredith Whitney passed away unexpectedly on May 2, 2023. His fiancée, Marie Gaillard, passed away shortly afterwards. They will both be dearly missed by their families and many friends.

Jamie was born and raised in Concord, Massachusetts. He attended Concord-Carlisle High School, graduating in 2002. He studied History at the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2007.

Jamie worked as a photo stylist and set designer, and took great pride in his creative profession. His portfolio is viewable at his personal website, as well as on his Instagram.

Jamie was also a passionate musician, playing piano and making electronic music, and an avid lover of the outdoors.

Most of all, Jamie was an exuberant, kind-hearted soul who brought energy, laughter and joy to the lives of many.

He is survived by his mother, Nanette Whitney, father, Garret Whitney, and younger brother, Will Whitney.
